UK delivery is FREE. Standard delivery is sent by royal mail. Tracking numbers are not supplied for orders below £50.00 unless requested, this incurs a £1.10 charge. However  proof of postage can be supplied free of charge. Tilly Ann & Little Gentlemen Childrenswear however cannot take responsibility for any delays, loss or damage caused by third party. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused beyond our control or failure for you to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any instructions that are relevant to the supply of goods. 


Tilly Ann Childrenswear shall not be liable for any failure in performing their obligations where such failures or delays results from any because that is beyond reasonable control of Tilly Ann Childrenswear. Such causes include but are not limited to, power failure, internet provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, delays due to HMRC or any other event which is beyond the control of Tilly Ann Childrenswear.

F A U L T Y   &   D A M A G E D   I T E M S 

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us via email at tillyannchildrenswear@gmail.com where we will find the best solution for you.

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs if it is our error.

I N   S T O R E 

If you were lucky enough to purchase a product from one of our beautiful stockists stores and you would like to exchange or return it please do not send this to our HQ. The return or exchange must be processed in the store that the purchase was made. Please ensure this is in alignment with their returns policy and is within 28 days of purchase.

R E F U N D S 

Please note that for any returns or exchanges, the original tags and swing tickets must be attached to the garment, the garment unworn, and in the same condition for Tilly Ann to be able to process any refunds or exchanges. Please note bespoke & made to order items are NON REFUNDABLE unless we deem faulty. A replacement may be issued to you before a refund is given on faulty items. 

T R A N S A C T I O N S 

We endeavor to process refunds for stocked items as quickly as possible, however please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method. Further time may be required dependent on your bank or payment methods process time.

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We also accept American Express. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. We also require full payment upfront before any order is processed. Order lead times on non stocked items may be quoted at the time of inquiry. However, are not guaranteed until full payment and the order is placed.
